January 2019: Analysis of the institutional survey and preparation of the survey for the Alumni – Lisbon

June 2019: Project meeting to evaluate the institutional survey, analize the status of the alumni survey and prepare the training/networking event. The qualitative analysis and interviews to the stakeholders will also be defined and planned – Helsinki.

November 2019:  Meeting to set the agenda for the development and implementation of the pilots and training/networking event with the joint programme developers from the partner institutions – Darmstadt

Spring 2020: Mid-term open event an extra meeting to follow up on the designing of the new programmes – Prague

Jul 2020: Management meeting and Kick off of the developed pilots – Barcelona

December 2020: Follow up on the results of the first semester – Leuven

June 2021:Final event – Stockholm
